When will you send my invoice?

Invoices are generated and electronically sent to the Email invoices to address we have on your account. You can check this contact information in your My Account. Invoices are sent after the goods have been dispatched.

However, we can provide a pro-forma invoice prior to shipment. Please contact us to request a pro-forma invoice.

Your invoices will also be viewable and downloadable on your My Account.

Credit card orders

For credit card orders, invoices are not emailed but they will be upload to My Account once the order is dispatched. Your order confirmation email includes a credit card receipt.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
