How do I join an existing account?

To join an existing account, please speak with the Account Leader or Admin. This is usually the person who registered for the account or who places the orders.

The Account Leader or Admin can send you an email invite to join the team, from their My Account

Depending on what you need, you can be granted different permissions.

If you need to place orders on the account, you can be invited as a Purchase Agent.

If you need to access the Community, you can be invited as a Participant.

If you need to access the Community and place orders, you can be added as both!
