- In 'Overview of the protocol', generation of duplex data was removed as this option is not available on the ElysION.
- In section 2, 'Equipment and consumables', 'Materials', text for the gDNA samples was updated to include a PCR plate. And text in the SQK-RBK114.96 kit image was edited.
- In section 4, 'ElysION run setup', thawing of the Wash Mix (WMX) at room temp was corrected to 'Not frozen' in the Table for step 1.
And an important note was added to use the barcode wells only once.
