- In section 7, 'ElysION run setup', an important note was added to use the barcode wells only once. And a link was added to access an optional 'Pause for QC' step in the Appendix.
- A new section 'NO-MISS Pause for QC' was created in the Appendix as an option for users to pause their run following automated DNA extraction in order to perform sample QC checks.
