The Square, BioInnovation Institute, Copenhagen

From initial characterisation of genomes to the rapid identification of variants, portable, and accessible Oxford Nanopore technology enables quick responses to public health emergencies globally.

Integrating technology across healthcare systems enhances the ability to detect outbreaks, monitor antimicrobial resistance, and inform targeted interventions. By leveraging genomic data, health authorities can improve collaboration and preparedness, safeguarding population health across interconnected regions.

Aside from talks ranging from human genomics for rare disease, to sequencing for cancer research, the full-day agenda will include networking breaks, Q&A, product displays, and opportunities to engage with your peers and nanopore experts.
