Overview
The Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities (ABRF) Annual Meeting is an international program that provides timely updates on cutting-edge science and its execution in a shared resource/core facility setting. These meetings also offer informative and practical workshops as well as ample networking opportunities with academics, corporate, and technology partner colleagues.

Advances in multi-omics technologies are transforming biological discovery, but integrating complex datasets into actionable insights remains a key challenge. In this workshop, Oxford Nanopore Technologies will present its integrated multi-omics solutions designed to streamline workflows from sample to insight.
The session will highlight comprehensive bioinformatic solutions that deliver standardized, tertiary-ready data files and reporting, enabling laboratories to accelerate interpretation while maintaining consistency and reproducibility. Attendees will gain insight into how Oxford Nanopore’s end-to-end ecosystem simplifies data processing and supports diverse applications across genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and beyond.
The presentation will also provide an overview of Oxford Nanopore’s recent technological advancements and unique capabilities, including real-time sequencing, long-read accuracy improvements, scalable platforms, and flexible deployment options.
