Gaston Vondenhoff obtained a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from KU Leuven before joining Roche Diagnostics where he worked in the field of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) for clinical diagnostics. Currently, he is Head of Analytical Chemistry at Lonza in the field of mRNA therapy, responsible for method development and validation for oligonucleotide-encapsulated lipid nanoparticles.
