Standalone basecalling software
This command-line software converts raw electrical signals into nucleotide sequences, including identifying base modifications, and provides additional analysis tools including alignment, barcode demultiplexing, and trimming. May be used as an alternative to MinKNOW’s built-in basecaller and post-run analysis.
Dorado
Dorado is a high-performance command-line tool for basecalling and other Nanopore data processing. This is where new research features are released for evaluation before integration with the basecall server and MinKNOW.
