AmPORE-TB

AmPORE-TB is a streamlined, end-to-end workflow utilising nanopore sequencing to deliver rapid characterisation of mutations associated with antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, species identification, and lineage identification in a single assay, directly from sputum samples.

Combining fast library preparation with on-demand sequencing on the GridION Q-Line device* and hands-off, comprehensive analysis onboard the sequencer, the workflow takes as little as six hours, for same-day results.
