MinKNOW: intuitive software for every device

MinKNOW is the operating software for all of our devices. It controls sequencing, performs real-time data acquisition and basecalling, and includes built-in gold-standard methylation detection. It also enables in silico targeted sequencing using Adaptive Sampling and can integrate with upstream and downstream tools using MinKNOW API.
