What do the LED lights at each PromethION flow cell position indicate?
What do the LED lights at each PromethION flow cell position indicate?
No LED – No flow cell connected Solid blue – Flow cell ready Solid green – Script running Solid white – Script completed Solid red – Error
Please note that upon connecting a flow cell to the sequencer an initialization script will commence, which will change the LED from blue to green and then to white upon completion, without user intervention.
