I’m an existing Mk1C customer, will I still receive support?
Yes. We will support the MinION Mk1C until the end of Q2 2026.
We will provide hardware support & device replacement (if required) until Q2 2025. The device will also receive regular MinKNOW releases in line with our other devices until Q2 2025 and will then continue to receive essential software security patches until Q2 2026.
