ASHG 2020 has moved online this year but there’s still plenty going on and lots of ways you can find out about how human genomics researchers are overcoming some of the big challenges in the field and making new discoveries, using nanopore sequencing. Oxford Nanopore Technologies satellite event at ASHG

On 28^th October, 9am (EDT), we are hosting a seminar, during which you'll be able to hear about the latest tech updates for Oxford Nanopore Technologies, as well as from researchers using nanopore technology in the field of human genomics.

CoLab session Q&A

For an in-depth look at nanopore sequencing — from sample preparation to sequencing and data analysis — check out our CoLab page. Our CoLab session sees experts from the Oxford Nanopore team run through demonstrations to provide a full picture of the sequencing experience with nanopore devices.

On Friday 30th October at 12:00 pm (EDT), there will be a live Q&A session with our CoLab team, you can register to attend here (attendees must be registered delegates of the ASHG conference).

Don't worry if you cannot make the Q&A session, our team will be on hand all week to answer any questions you may have, just head on over to the Oxford Nanopore Technologies booth on the ASHG conference platform.

Networking room & Expert Sessions

Don't miss our three Expert Sessions: Sample Prep, Sequence and Analysis, taking place between the 28th-30th October during lunch (12:30pm EDT) in our networking room which can be accessed through the booth.

Our networking room will also be open between 10:30-17:30 (EDT) all week to give you the opportunity to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects with technical experts.
