How do I store my flow cells?

How do I store my flow cells?

All flow cells should be stored at 2-8°C from receipt to ensure optimal performance.

Flow cells are irreversibly damaged when frozen.

Upon receipt please visually inspect the packaging without opening the pouch and report any issues within 2 days of delivery.

Please remember to QC the flow cells before use and report any issues within 2 days of QC.

Flow cells should be used and returned within 12 weeks as per our Terms and Conditions. Information regarding the returns process can be found here.

When you check your flow cell if it looks like there is liquid condensation inside the packaging, this is purely a cosmetic issue and does not affect flow cell performance. Our packaging contains moisture control technology that ensures the flow cells are environmentally controlled during shipping and storage.
