IGATech

IGA Technology Services (IGATech) is a genomics service provider founded in 2009 by the Institute of Applied Genomics and based at the Udine Science and Technology Park, Italy. With over 15 years of experience in Next-Generation Sequencing, IGATech delivers fully in-house, sample-to-insight workflows: nucleic acid extraction, library preparation, sequencing and verticalized bioinformatics. Its platforms include Oxford Nanopore PromethION devices (certified service provider) and 10x Genomics Chromium. Services span genomics, transcriptomics (including single-cell and spatial), epigenomics, metagenomics, agrigenomics solutions such as ddRAD and targeted genotyping, and Biotech Companion Services for gene-therapy and cell-line quality control (transgene integrity, insertion and clonality analysis).
