- Biography
Dr. Luca Mazzerella is a physician scientist who specializes in medical oncology in Milan, Italy. He obtained his PhD in molecular biology at Imperial College London. Currently, Luca runs the laboratory of Translational Oncology at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan, where he focuses on cancer genomics and bioinformatics across multiple cancers. As a clinician, he has worked for several years in phase-1 trials, and recently moved into gastrointestinal oncology.
