2nd December 2025 - In 'Overview of the protocol', 'Compatibility of this protocol', MinION Mk1B and the link to its IT requirements document were removed as this document has moved to legacy. - In section 8, 'Adapter ligation and clean-up', 'Check your flow cell' and section 9, 'Priming and loading a flow cell', 'Complete a flow cell check', the link to the document for the flow cell check was edited. - In section 9, 'Priming and loading the MinION and GridION Flow Cell', a tip was added to bring the flow cell to room temperature for better visibility of the array. - In 'Troubleshooting', the video link for the PromethION Flow Cell loading was included alongside the link for the MinION Flow Cell loading.
