Novogene Europe supports academic, biotech and biopharma researchers through a broad genomics and multiomics service portfolio. Our Oxford Nanopore capability combines wet-lab sequencing, quality control, bioinformatics and scientific support across a range of long-read applications.

We work with researchers to define suitable workflows based on sample type, library format, throughput and analytical requirements. Support may include library preparation, sequencing of customer-prepared libraries, genomic applications, whole-plasmid sequencing and standard or customised data analysis.

From initial project discussion and sample review through to sequencing, analysis and data delivery, our team can support both established workflows and more bespoke Oxford Nanopore projects.
