Next Level Genomics

Next Level Genomics (NLG) is a Singapore-based service provider dedicated to long-read sequencing and spatial genomics. Our PromethION 24 delivers high-throughput Oxford Nanopore sequencing for whole genomes, structural variants, full-length isoforms, native DNA and RNA modifications, and metagenomics, including native barcoding for large multiplexed projects. A signature offering is spatial long-read sequencing: we sequence Visium HD 3' libraries on the PromethION device to resolve full-length isoforms in their tissue context, generating spatial long-read data that short reads cannot provide. Our wider spatial suite includes CosMx SMI, GeoMx DSP, Xenium and Visium HD. Services span the complete workflow: sample extraction and QC, library preparation, sequencing, and in-house bioinformatics including variant calling, genome assembly, isoform analysis, methylation and microbiome profiling.
