The PathoSense solution is a complete sample collection-to-diagnostic-interpretation-platform including:
- A specialized sampling kit for high-quality and standardized collection, suitable for all animal types and different sample types
- Oxford Nanopore’s sequencing technology combined with PathoSense’s bioinformatics expertise to enable rapid detection and characterisation of infectious diseases
- Semi-quantitative reports offering actionable insights for disease management and prevention
- Mobile app integration for seamless sample tracking and report access.
Veterinarians can submit samples to their local PathoSense certified partner laboratory, where the wet lab analysis is performed. PathoSense processes the sequence data and delivers the results in a mobile app.
